2. The iron core is made of high-quality and low loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, mainly made of 0.3 and 0.35 thick H18, H14, H12, Z11 high-quality silicon steel sheets. We select the most suitable materials according to customer requirements and usage conditions to achieve the best performance design of the transformer.
3. The coil is made of H-grade or C-grade enameled flat copper wire winding, arranged tightly and evenly, without insulation layer on the surface, and has excellent beauty and good heat dissipation performance.
4. After the coil and iron core of the transformer are assembled into one, they undergo a process of pre drying, vacuum impregnation, and hot curing. H-grade impregnation paint is used to firmly bond the coil and iron core of the transformer, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, ensuring that the transformer can operate safely and noiselessly at high temperatures.
5. The fasteners of the transformer core column are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the transformer has a high quality factor and low temperature rise, ensuring good filtering effect.
6. Wiring terminals: small power, beautiful appearance, excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and flame retardant performance. High power uses high-quality copper bars.
7. Iron feet: mainly using CNC bending cold plate, with environmentally friendly electroplating options such as colorful (golden), blue zinc (silver white), white zinc (ivory white), and surface anodizing (black).
