Case of 4.2MW Commercial and Industrial Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

I. Project Overview

The industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Anhui Qianyi Special Cable Co., Ltd. is constructed by Jiangsu Unita Electrical Group. With an installed capacity of 4.2MW, it is a large-scale distributed photovoltaic power generation system, aiming to provide clean power energy for enterprises and assist in achieving the goal of low-carbon production.

II. Core Equipment Configuration of the Project

(1) Photovoltaic step-up substation box transformer

YBM-2500KVA/10.5/0.8: 1 unit, used to step up the low-voltage electrical energy generated by photovoltaic modules to 10.5kV, meeting the requirements of medium-voltage transmission and enhancing the efficiency of electrical energy transmission.
YBM-2000KVA/10.5/0.8: 1 unit, with functions consistent with the 2500KVA box transformer, it is used in matching with the power of different power generation units to ensure the stable operation of the system.

(2) Prefabricated Cabin

GMC prefabricated cabin: 1 set, integrating core equipment such as control, protection, and communication of the photovoltaic power station.

It adopts a modular design, featuring high reliability and convenient installation and maintenance, enabling intelligent management of the power station.

(3) High-voltage Distribution Cabinets

KYN28-12 high-voltage switchgear: 1 unit, used to receive high-voltage electrical energy after boosting and distribute it to the power grid or the internal power consumption system of enterprises.

It is equipped with complete electrical interlocking and protection functions to ensure the safety and reliability of power supply.

III. Project Value and Significance

The construction of this project not only provides Anhui Qianyi Special Cable Co., Ltd with sustainable clean energy and reduces the company’s electricity costs, but also reduces the reliance on traditional power grids through the distributed photovoltaic power generation model, practicing the concept of green and low-carbon development.
